I was just talking w/ the director of our library the other day about how our industry needs to catch up on the fully-customizable, personalized, self-service websites that everyone-else-but-libraries have had en masse for what seems to me like years. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I&#039;d have preferred us to be driving the bandwagon instead of running behind it, but i guess at least it&#039;s in view.]]></description>
